Summary
WIPThe Traffic Stop site's task is to identify NPC haulers which carry Contraband and kill them if they do. Haulers without Contraband need to stay untouched. Letting 5 haulers with Contraband dock at the station fails the mission, as well as harming 3 haulers that didn't feature Contraband in their hold. The mission completes successfully after 10 minutes it it isn't failed beforehand. Shooting a hauler with Contraband also spawns 3 Phaseless Cutters which need to be dealt with so they don't overwhelm your fleet.
