Spawns in LS storms

Base sites spawn 3 waves of NPCs (same strength as HS ones) followed by a boss with 15m ISK bounty (much stronger than HS boss). 
Assumption is, upgraded sites spawn 3 waves similar to upgraded sites in HS with an even harder boss.

Fits

• Vagabond (play at 30km from warp in, maybe you can run if somebody tries to catch you. Keep targets at 2km, if too much pressure, kill big targets first and get angular velocity instead, use drones aggro as tank option and heat resists if necessary/use adc, switch to hail for boss armor)
