Data signatures

General
Finding the sites 

 Winter Nexus data-hacking signatures spawn in systems affected by volatile ice storms in HS , LS and NS . LS sites are assumed to be the most valuable ones, followed by NS and then HS . 

 Exactly 30 minutes after a site despawns (shortly after hacking), a new signature respawns in the same system. 

 Unlocking the 2nd canister 

 In all sites, there's a 2nd canister that only can be hacked if a specific item (from Yoiul LADs ) has been deposited into Sansha's Stormfield Projector. 

 In HS  sites a Cryostatic Estimator is required to unlock the 2nd canister 

 In LS  sites a Cryostatic Nullifier is required to unlock the 2nd canister 

 In NS  sites a Cryostatic Suppressor is required to unlock the 2nd canister

Wightstorm Comms Relay
Level 4 data signature spawning in HS volatile ice storms and hosting 1 canister that can be hacked (data) immediately. 

 The 2nd can can only be hacked after depositing a Cryostatic Estimator  into Sansha's Stormfield Projector. More info on how to obtain those items can be found here

Strategic node
Level 4 data signature spawning in LS volatile ice storms and hosting 1 canister that can be hacked (data) immediately.

Crypto Facility
Level 4 data signature spawning in NS volatile ice storms and hosting 1 canister that can be hacked (data) immediately. 

 The 2nd can can only be hacked after depositing a Cryostatic Suppressor   into Sansha's Stormfield Projector. More info on how to obtain those items can be found here

 Completing the event-track through non-upgraded NS sites, yields about 1b ISK of loot (on top of the event-track rewards). Takes about 3.5 hours without competition.
